Join us on Monday, August 19, 2024 at Bearspaw Golf Club for a day in support of Mount Royal student-athlete wellness!
The demanding schedule of a student-athlete and their performance weighs on their wellness. One of the keys to maintaining mental and physical wellness is healthy eating. With limited time in their schedule for shopping and cooking, the increasing cost of food, and the importance of refueling their bodies in a timely manner following competition, obtaining healthy meals have been identified as a challenge for student-athletes.
The funds raised through the 2024 Cougar Classic will be used to support student-athlete wellness through nutrition. The first priority will be to fulfill a need for meals following home games. The second will be to support weekly nutrition. Delivery of funds for these initiatives will be supported by the Cougars Nutrition consultant.
Registration Information
- Golfer registration fee is $1000 per team (four golfers per team)
- Each golfer receives 18 holes of golf with a cart, warm-up balls and practice facility access, tee gift, on-course lunch, and dinner

Activity Package
Once you've secured your spot, pre-purchase an activity package! The package includes three mulligan tickets, one entry into the putting and chipping contests, and twenty raffle tickets. This package is valued at $90.00, but early purchases can be made for only $75.00 (a savings of $15!).
Schedule of Events
- 12:00 PM: Registration and grab and go lunch
- 12:30 PM: Warm-up, practice areas access opens
- 1:30 PM: Shotgun start
- 6:30 PM: Cocktails
- 7:00 PM: Dinner and award presentations
