Please keep food scraps and office plants out of the drinking fountains
Water fountains on campus are becoming clogged with food waste and soil from office plants. Clearing the blockages takes time and wastes a lot of water. Please don’t scrape your plate or water your plants in the fountains: use garbage bins and watering cans instead.

Start of semester emails, with option for distribution list sign up

As each semester begins (Aug./Sept.) (Dec./Jan.), areas with ongoing employee activites can send an email to employees describing the semester's activities. Employees can then opt in to a distribution list, such as Google Groups, to get updates. Emails can be sent here.
