MRU Changemaker Roadmap A group of students, alumni, staff, faculty and administration from across campus have been engaged in a discussion about how MRU can make a difference in the world. They began by identifying a goal to work towards together: Mount Royal University’s campus-wide culture of ‘changemaking’ inspires and empowers us to create meaningful change in partnership with communities. Through a series of workshops, a draft of a MRU Changemaker Roadmap was created. The roadmap describes how the University will achieve this goal. Next steps are to share this draft at an Open House. Everyone from across campus who is interested in creating meaningful change is invited to come out on Jan. 15 to provide feedback and insight to help inform the final version of the map. The group is also interested to know where MRU-ers are already engaged in changemaking. Who: Anyone at MRU who is interested in creating meaningful change in partnership with communities. What: An Open House to provide feedback on the MRU Changemaker Roadmap When: Jan. 15, 2016 from 12 to 2:30 p.m. Where: EA 3001-3003 More info? Contact Jill Andres at jandres@mtroyal.ca.
